There are three things about my practice that I am proud of:

I speak English, not Legalease. I will not "talk over your head" in an attempt to appear intelligent and get you to hire me. I have a very down to earth approach. I will honestly tell you what I think without dancing around the issues.

2. I don't hide behind an army of secretaries and paralegals. My father was a lawyer for 65 years, and he always answered his own phone. A few years ago, a large law firm contacted me and asked me to send them referrals for the kinds of cases they worked on. I liked their presentation, so I started sending a few proposed clients to them. Well, they were met with a very abrupt paralegal who hung up on them in the first 3 minutes of talking. So, I stopped referring those cases to that firm. This strengthened my belief that, as a lawyer, I need to answer my own telephone. I am easy to reach and easier to talk to.

3. I am committed to your full recovery on all levels of your being: emotional, physical, and mental. I will support you in the process of emotional and mental recovery from the traumatic even of a car crash or any other injury. Most lawyers, in their rush to win a verdict or settle your claim, forget about the human being they are representing. I will work to help you recover mentally and emotionally from the trauma of what you have been through. I care deeply about my clients as human beings.

I believe that to live a full and happy life, we need to feel grateful for all the wealth of blessings and good will that have come our way. So, to all my clients, I would like to say THANK YOU. Over the past 10 years my wife and I have had the privilege of adopting three children internationally: Sky (age 8) from Guatemala in 2003; Prasad (age 9) from India in 2007; and Amelie from Ethiopia (age 1) in 2009. None of that would have been possible without all of you.
